Amanda J. Young as a social worker, fitness professional and educator has spent the last 20 years helping others find their paths to fulfilling and productive lives. At this year’s Women’s Health & Fitness Expo she continues to share her knowledge with all of those who are willing to listen and learn.  She is one of NYC’s elite fitness instructors, having been featured in Time magazine as a HIIT expert and currently stars in Acacia TV’s fitness videos. While battling Trigeminal Neuralgia, an extremely debilitating disease, Amanda founded Face the Change, a campaign to increase awareness of the disease and find a cure.
