Raising a Healthy Family

In a time when we’re all surrounded by fast food restaurants & are constantly bombarded with adds that sell fatty foods & soda pop containing high amounts of sugar is hard to gear your family towards healthy living.  The rise of dia-besity, asthma, allergies and mental health issues as well as living in a world of processed foods has given us an undernourished, overfed nation.  Healthy kids need proper rest, exercise, a toxic free environment and real, nutritious foods.

Raising a healthy family doesn’t only include offering healthy snacks and meals.  A healthy family combines fitness, diet, communication and other practices to  create a balance of well-being and happiness. Your everyday habits are what  ultimately shape and form those of your children, so being a good example of  healthy living to your children can help perpetuate better health for your  entire family. Look for ways to raise a family that take your family’s health,  happiness and well-being into consideration.

At the Women’s Health & Fitness Expo Lis D’Alessandro will be giving a workshop on Raising a Healthy Family.  This workshop will address the health challenges facing children today.  I encourage you all to come & take advantage of this great information that will aid in guiding our families to healthier living.  Come and learn which nutrients are essential for optimal immune system and brain function and why whole foods and supplementation are necessary and key to what our children’s bodies need.

like that before. So great to find somebody with some
unique thoughts on this topic. Seriously..
many thanks for starting this up. This website is one thing that is
required on the web, someone with a bit of originality!
